Considerando i punti persi da Hamilton nei principali episodi di tensione interna alla Scuderia Ferrari in questa stagione (tra cui i duelli ruota a ruota a Monza e l'ultimo decisivo contatto alla Curva 1 in Messico), lo scenario vedrebbe una netta redistribuzione dei punti: • Hamilton sarebbe 2° nel Mondiale: Recuperando i 7 punti di differenza tra la vittoria e il secondo posto in Messico, sommati ai punti persi in altre scaramucce stagionali (stimabili in circa 10-15 punti complessivi), Hamilton si troverebbe a quota 276+ punti, scavalcando agilmente Verstappen. • Verstappen scenderebbe al 3° posto: Senza il regalo del Messico, l'olandese avrebbe 7 punti in meno (254 punti), scivolando alle spalle di Hamilton. • Leclerc sarebbe più distaccato al 5° posto: Il monegasco perderebbe i punti guadagnati in quelle manovre giudicate aggressive, scendendo sotto i 240 punti e aumentando il divario dal compagno di squadra. • Ferrari più vicina a Mercedes nei Costruttori: Come sottolineato dallo stesso Hamilton nei debriefing post-gara, la scuderia di Maranello ha gettato al vento punti preziosissimi. Pur rimanendo dietro a Mercedes, il distacco nel Campionato Costruttori sarebbe decisamente inferiore rispetto agli attuali 126 punti.

One needs to look at the root cause of the race result, and I’m sorry to say it was due to LH who pushed CL wide. LH being on the inside and going wide off the track himself, and in turn taking CL with him, who was on the outside, set the scene for the result. LH is know for opening up the steering wheel and forcing other drivers of the track. As Had LH just kept his car in the position he should have, it is very possible that the team would have has a one two result. But not the one two LH wanted, hence he open up the steering. Why he did it on lap 1 in a 71 lap race is be the question everyone should be asking. During the race the team could have switched the cars around, but due to LH going off, which let MV into second place removed that option. It was a stupid and impulsive move by LH which cost the one two result. And by the way, I’m not a supporter of the 3 drivers I have mentioned in this comment.

Lewis Hamilton is trying to make Farrari great again, but the communication has been a problem since Bonno left. Mercedes team and Lewis Hamilton had great communication, so it made Lewis car set up great, for him to be ontop. Mercedes Tech Engineers, seems to have a higher know how to produce more speed. They had fallen off at one point, that's why Lewis left. Hopefully, Farrari team will become better to match Mercedes, giving Lewis Hamilton the performance car that he was used to at Mercedes, bringing Lewis and Charles to winning podiums finish for Farrari Scuderia in this era.
